The objective of the Globalise’s Hi-GROW “Education and Coaching Program” is to place the students in the school that best meets their strengths and helps them achieve their educational goals. This program is a culmination of years of experience gained at both the local and international level. It takes into account the student’s personal qualities, areas of interest and current academic achievements, as well as the expectations of the parents. It also makes it possible for each student to take the right steps towards the goal of a college or university education.
The Hi-GROW Program tracks the student from the moment of introduction through the application process, and from the acceptance into the school until he/she completes the education, providing progress reports throughout the process.

The journey to study abroad starts with Globalise Hi-GROWintro. During the course of this program, the student and the parents will become familiar with the multitude of study abroad opportunities available.

This is the evaluative phase to find out the student’s areas of interest, strengths and personality traits. At this stage, Globalise and the family get to know each other even closer!
What does the Hi-GROWskills Program offer?
- Detailed analysis of student profile through academics, hobbies and extracurricular activities
- Analysis of family profile identifying the parents’ personal school preferences for the student
- Student personality and character analysis

The Globalise Hi-GROWtest helps to measure and, if necessary, develop the student’s language proficiency.
What does the Hi-GROWtest Program offer?
- Information about foreign language proficiency exams
- Selection and preparation of foreign language proficiency exams
- Evaluation of exam results
- Support and additional preparation to help the student to improve test scores, if necessary (Globalise collaborates with trusted and experienced partners to prepare you for all foreign language proficiency tests)

This step allows the student and the parents to decide on the most suitable education options and identify the best-fit school profiles. During this step, Globalise also prepares the student for school interviews through Globalise Pre-Interview Tool (PIT).
What does the Hi-GROWmatch program offer?
- Thorough meetings regarding the school selections
- Recommendations of the Globalise counselor of school that best matching the student
- Selection of additional schools by the student and the parents
- Preparing the applications for the selected schools

The Hi-GROWaccess Program plays an active role in guiding the students to ensure that they apply to the school of their choice correctly and passes the school interviews successfully.
What does the Hi-GROWaccess program offer?
- Scheduling school interviews and following-up with the school afterwards
- Assisting the student and the family to visit the school, if desired through Globalise Visit School Tool (VST) (All arrangement are done and accompanied by Globalise counselors)

Hi-GROWsocial consists of an extensive orientation program preparing the student before departure.
What does the Hi-GROWsocial program offer?
A three-day orientation program attended by all the students and some of the program topics include:
- Information about living and studying and culture shock by professional counselors specially invited to the orientation program
- Seminars about the social fabric of the country and city, local customs, special occasions and celebrations
- Tips on daily living, do’s and don’ts, all supported by past participating students who are selected to be invited to the orientation
- Seminars about daily life and habits in a boarding school
- Information on education programs and details of the courses

Hi-GROWmore is a communication and support program designed for the student and the parents to make sure Globalise is behind the student until the day of graduation.
What does the Hi-GROWmore program offer?
- Assisting in the student’s arrival and other logistical information
- Monitoring the student’s adjustment and act as a liaison between the school and the parents providing support whenever needed
- Checking on the student’s welfare with visits to the school by Globalise
- Preparing progress reports for the parents
